Single Ladies- A Cafe/Roastery that's been established for 2 years and is run by a female slaying duo of the coffee industry Mia & Hazel. Single Ladies have a cult following within the inner-city community of Collingwood and surrounding areas.

Both girls have an obsession with Beyonce & what she represents -art, entrepreneurship, activism, and energy. In a male-dominated industry, the duo decided to open “Single Ladies”, a play on words and homage to the queen bey herself.

Mia and Hazel have many years of experience in the speciality coffee scene both having worked within well-known coffee roasteries that developed their overall skills. They have competed multiple times nationally & regionally which instilled their knowledge around coffee presentation, and overall knowledge of regions, varieties, and processing methods to give their customer base great experiences from shop to cup.

Both Mia & Hazel’s approach to coffee making/roasting tends to be relaxed and not too serious. They both work hard at developing the business and have a great team underneath them, they are minimalist at heart and let the coffee do the talking.
